Cancellation Policy

MATFIELDS PROPERTY HOLDINGS is a company that fastens its clients and customers with construction-related service providers (referred to as "SPs"). Our clients and customers can obtain information from us based on the factors that are important to them to find and choose the appropriate service provider (SP)

In response to the customer's needs and requirements, we produce an architectural floor plan, structural plans and construction specifications along with other details about packages Matfield's Build With Trust is our motto for consistently ethical dealing with clients and partners.

The customer must and should notify and inform Matfield's Property Holdings by email to customarcare@matfields.com OR Registered post with acknowledgment mentioning the reason for cancellation and stop the construction work after submitting the advance payment for construction booking amount. After receiving such e-mail or registered post, the company shall evaluate the cancellation on a case-to-case basis and follow the cancellation policy.

Construction booking advance payment is non-refundable as the service provider has spent the advance amount for architectural floor plans, structural plans, digital surveys, soil testing, and hiring the vendors/contractors and materials.

After each cancellation of construction work contract, thereafter the advance payment booking amount, Matfield's shall be entitled to deduct 2% of the total cost of construction work excluding all taxes from customers.

After the case study of the reason for cancellation and stop construction work notification Matfield's property holdings will transfer the refund amount within 40 (FORTY DAYS) forty working days mutually agree on the final refund amount , If any payable to the customer after appropriate adjustments in payment schedule by service provider.
